RESOLVED
That the Cabinet Member for
Communities and Leisure agreed that we levy a civil penalty of
£200 for a breach of Schedule 1A of The Clean Air Act 1993
(as amended by the Environment Act 2021). This would rise to
£300 for subsequent breaches by the same
individual.
