Decision

James Hughes, Democratic Services Officer,
declared that he is a serving Parish Councillor, and Chair of
Council, at Meriden Parish Council which is being represented at
the meeting via a deputation. For the purposes of transparency, he
confirmed that he was not a decision maker and is at the meeting in
a professional capacity to record the decisions that the Cabinet
Member makes as well offer procedural advice if needed.
