for Communities & Leisure agreed to:

(i) 
Endorse the delivery plans for the SSMTR grant for
Year 2 within Solihull; and

(ii) 
Accept the Supplemental Substance Misuse Treatment
and Recovery (SSMTR) allocated grant funding of £406,349 for
2023/24 and to delegate authority of this, including approval of
the Memorandum of Understanding, to authorised officers in line
with the conditions of the funding, (paragraph 4.1).
