Decision

The Cabinet Member for Resources resolved:
 
(a) To note the current value of
outstanding debt for Council Tax, Business Rates, Sundry Income and
overpaid Housing Benefit as at 31 March
2024.
(b) To note the current level of debt
on the Housing Revenue Account tenant and leaseholder balances
which are managed by Solihull Community Housing (SCH) on behalf of
the Council.
(c) To note the approval by the Head
of Income & Awards, Deputy Section 151 Officer Page 5 Agenda
Item 4 and Director of Resources of the write-off of those account
balances which are deemed to be irrecoverable or
non-refundable.
(d) To approve the write off of Business Rates and Sundry Income debts over
£10,000 totalling £93,788.69.
