Purpose

This report seeks approval to submit the
Council's/SCH Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement
report to The Housing Ombudsman in accordance with the statutory
Complaints Handling Code.

Decision

The Cabinet Member and Member Responsible for
Complaints (MRC) RESOLVED:
 
(i) 
to note the contents and approve publication of:
 (a)
Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report;
(b) Self-Assessment against the
Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code.
