Decision

The Cabinet Member for
Environment and Infrastructure:
 
RESOLVED
 
(a) 
To note the performance of the parking service for
the 2023–24 financial year, as summarised in Appendix
A.
(b) 
To note the Civil Parking Enforcement performance
data for the 2023-24 financial year, as set out in Appendix B and
agree to submit the required data to the Department for Transport
in accordance with the operational guidance.
(c) 
To agree to increase the cost of a parking
dispensation to £11 per day; the first 5 days remaining free
of charge. Page 33 Agenda Item 5
(d) 
To approve the relaxed enforcement of single yellow
line parking restrictions in the vicinity of the religious events
as set out in paragraph 5.3.1, with any other request for
relaxation of parking enforcement requiring Cabinet Member
approval.
(e) 
To agree to trial the use Closed Circuit Television
(CCTV) cameras to enforce “School Keep Clear”
markings.
(f) 
To agree to reduce the cost of a monthly Season
Ticket at Monkspath car park to
£90 from £103.50, due to a previous administrative
error.
