The
Licensing Sub-Committee resolved to GRANT the application for a
premises licence as submitted for the Olive Bar and Kitchen,
Martock Workspace, Stoke Road, Martock under
section 18 of the Licensing Act 2003 subject to the following
conditions to promote the licensing objective(s) of the prevention
of crime and disorder and the prevention of public
nuisance:

relevant mandatory conditions under the Licensing Act
2003;
Conditions consistent with the applicant’s Operating
Schedule
