That planning application 2020/1513/FUL be APPROVED
contrary to the Officer’s recommendation as it was deemed
that the site was in a sustainable location and that it would not
be harmful to the rural character of the area. That delegated
authority be given to Officers to impose necessary planning
conditions, to be agreed in consultation with the Chair and
Vice-Chair.
