Subject to the applicant
agreeing to an additional condition requiring dwellings to be
provided with an electric vehicle charging point, that delegated
authority be given to Officers to Grant Approval of Reserved
Matters subject to the conditions as detailed within the Officer`s
report and the prior completion of a S106 agreement to secure
phosphate mitigation.
