Resolved:
 
To Grant Permission subject to
a S106 Agreement and the conditions as listed within the Officer`s
report and the prior completion of a S106 agreement to secure the
planning obligations specified in the Officer`s report and an
additional obligation securing the provision of a footpath and
cycleway through the site to link with the existing footpath to the
south.
