That planning application
2024/0002/FUL be APPROVED contrary to the Officer’s
recommendation as it was deemed that the site was in a sustainable
location for the business in accordance with policies CP1 and CP3.
That delegated authority be given to Officers to impose necessary
planning conditions, to be agreed in consultation with the Chair
and Vice-Chair.
