Resolved:
That planning application
20/23/0044 for the Removal of Condition No. 05 (holiday occupancy)
of application 20/05/0005 on Plots 15 to 18 Mill Meadow, Parsonage
Lane, Kingston St Mary be APPROVED subject to and the prior
completion of a S106 agreement to secure a financial contribution
towards affordable housing and that delegated authority be given to
the Service Manager Planning West to impose appropriate planning
conditions on the grant of the said permission .
