and discussed the report agreed to:

Recommend that the Chief Executive submit the amended Pay Policy
Statement for 2024-25, to full Council for approval.
•         Note
that the Pay Policy Statement will require in-year amendments to
reflect the 2024/25 pay awards once agreed.
