Resolved that the Constitution and
Governance Committee considered the review of Part B of the
Council’s Constitution and recommended the adoption of a
Meeting Recording Retention Policy under points 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3
by Full Council on 18th December 2024, and that the
Petition Scheme remained unaltered at this time but would be kept
under review.
