consider a full application for the erection of 30 No. dwellings
(Use Class C3) with associated access, parking and landscaping at
Land off Queen Street, Keinton Mandeville, Somerton, Somerset be
DEFERRED for the following reason:
 
Members requested further evidence that the
application is in compliance with SSDC Local Plan policies EQ2 and
EQ3.
 
Voting: 6 in favour, 3 against.
