The Audit Committee:
 

Noted the status of the final audit by reviewing
the latest Audit Findings report from the external Auditors Grant
Thornton UK LLP, (Appendix 1 of the report).

Approved the Statement of Accounts for South
Somerset District Council 2022/23 (Appendix 2 of the
report).

Noted the additional wording within the Letter of
Management Representation (Appendix 4 of the report) and give
approval for the signing of the letter to the Chair or Vice Chair
of the Committee and the S151 Officer.
