That planning application 22/02014/REM to
approve a reserved matters application pursuant to condition 1
(appearance, landscaping and scale) and condition 5 (biodiversity
enhancements) of outline planning approval 16/04608/OUT for the
erection of 28 dwellings and associated works at Land At Head
Street, Tintinhull, Yeovil, Somerset be APPROVED subject to
the prior completion of a Deed of Variation, and the Planning
Obligation/Agreement and the stated planning conditions.
