Resolved to GRANT planning permission in
accordance with the Officer’s Report and additional
conditions set out in the Officer presentation, including to retain
connectivity of the development to the North via a footway/cycleway
to be constructed prior to the occupation of the dwelling and
retained in perpetuity.
