RESOLVED that the Constitution and
Governance Committee agreed to:

1.   
Approve the proposed report for submission to the Local Government
Boundary Commission for England (LGBCE) for Stage 1 of Somerset
Council’s Phase 2 response.

2.   
Delegate authority to the Monitoring Officer to write to the LGBCE
outlining any remaining concerns with the proposed boundaries that
were raised at the meeting by a few elected members.
