RESOLVED
 
That planning application 2021/2640/FUL
be REFUSED contrary to the Officer’s recommendation
due to the proposed development leading to the loss of a local
amenity which would be contrary to Policies DP1 and DP7.
 
Votes – 5 for,
3 against , 3 abstentions
