RESOLVED
 
That planning application 2024/0415/HSE be
APPROVED contrary to the Officer’s recommendation.
Members considered that the benefits of the
scheme outweighed any harms to the significance, character,
appearance of the listed building that had been identified in the
assessment as reported by officers. Following the vote to approve
the application no specific conditions were raised as being
necessary.
