That planning permission 24/01446/FUL for the
redevelopment of derelict former school site to provide 16
affordable homes (4 terraces of 3 houses and 1 block of four flats)
together with access, parking and landscaping at Former County
Infant School, Etsome Terrace, Somerton
be GRANTED subject to the prior completion of a Section 106
Planning Obligation Agreement and the planning conditions as stated
in this Report. The final detail of the s106 and conditions to be
delegated to the Head of Planning in consultation with the Area
Chair (South).
