Following consideration of the officer report,
appendices and discussion, the Executive resolved to:
 

Note the reported Housing Revenue
Account Budget underspend of £3.377m in 2024/25 to be
transferred to Unearmarked Reserves. 

Note the reported HRA General
Reserves Balance of £17.834m as at
31 March 2025. 

Note the Capital Outturn position of
£39.736m. 

Approve the continuation of
£11.651m approved budget rolled forward into the 2025/26
Housing Revenue Account Capital Programme (as per Appendix
B).
