Councillor Ross Henley proposed the
recommendations, which were seconded by Councillor Simon
Carswell.
 
Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Council Resolved:-

·      
That Part D4 of the Council’s constitution, the Licensing and
Regulatory Committee (and Sub Committee) terms of reference, be
revised as shown at Appendix 1; and

·      
To include that Licensing Officers refer to the Chair and Vice
Chair of the Licensing and Regulatory Committee to decide the
format of the hearing, giving consideration
to any responses to the formal notices of hearing.
 
The revisions set out that the Council’s
preference is for online hearings.
