Resolved that the Licensing and Regulatory
Committee considered the proposed recommendations due to be taken
to the Constitution and Governance Committee that Part D4 of the
Council’s Constitution for the Licensing and Regulatory
Committee (and Sub Committee) terms of reference, be revised as
shown at Appendix 1.
