RESOLVED
 
That planning application
2020/2542/OTS be DEFERRED until the Members concerns
regarding highways issues relating to the capacity of the roads,
safety of the existing junctions and lack of pavements are
addressed by the applicant. Also, a S106 contribution should be
sought for active travel towards the construction costs of the
Strawberry Line.
