RESOLVED
 
That planning application
2025/0243/FUL be APPROVED contrary to the
Officer’s recommendation due to there being no statutory
objections to the proposal and Members considered that the benefits
of the scheme outweighed any material harms and were satisfied that
the application should be approved as a departure from the
development plan. Delegated authority to be given to Officers, the
Chair and Vice-Chair to agree the necessary conditions and
details.
