Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Planning and Transport Policy Sub-Committee RESOLVED to:

A) Approve that the Cannington Neighbourhood Plan be
‘made’ (adopted) as part of the statutory Development
Plan. As part of the statutory Development Plan, the made
Neighbourhood Plan will be used in the determination of planning
applications in the Neighbourhood Area, which is the Parish of
Cannington.
