That delegated authority be given to the Head
of Planning to approve the application, subject to the submission
of a phosphate Reservation Certificate, the prior signing of a
Section 106 Legal Agreement to be agreed in accordance with the
scheme of delegation, and subject to the planning
conditions.  Also, the removal, at this
stage, from Condition 2 the reference to Building Heights Plan and
to require an Informative about parking design on the
site.
