Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

Consider and endorse the current strategic risk profile set out in
appendix A, including the escalation of High Needs Budget pressures
as a new strategic risk.

·      
Consider the current high scoring tactical and operational risks
set out in Appendices B (summary), C, D, E, F & G (detailed by
directorate)

·      
Consider whether the proposed mitigating actions were adequate and
appropriate to address concerns.

·      
Consider and identify any areas for potential scrutiny focus.
