Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

1)   
Note the contents of the report - in particular the history of the
Council ownership of the freehold of Huish Park.

2)   
Approve the recommendation to extend the period for the option to
buyback the freehold to 17 May 2028 subject to the detail in the
report.

3)   
Delegate authority to make all necessary arrangements and
agreements to extend the period for the option to buyback the
freehold to the Executive Director for Community, Place and Economy
in consultation with the Lead Member for Economic Development,
Planning and Assets.
