Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

a)   
Note the key assumptions upon which the MTFP forecast was currently
based, together with the updated financial forecast of a projected
budget gap of £90.423m in 2026/27 rising to £207.781m
by 2030/31 as summarised in Table 6.

b)   
Note the MTFP 2026/27 – 2030/31 updated timelines for
reporting to the Executive and Council.

c)   
Note the Council had responded to The Ministry of Housing
Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) consultation with regard
to local authority funding reform through the Fair Funding Review
2.0 (FFR 2.0).
