Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

·      
approve the removal (revocation) of the following Air Quality
Management Areas (AQMAs) under the provisions of the Environment
Act 1995:
o  
East Reach
o  
Henlade
o  
Yeovil AQMA to be revoked in 2026 subject to data for 2025 showing
continued compliance.

·      
delegate authority to the Head of Regulatory Services to carry out
all necessary steps to execute the removal (revocation) of the
following Air Quality Management Areas (AQMAs) under the provisions
of the Environment Act 1995:
o  
East Reach
o  
Henlade
o  
Yeovil

·      
delegate authority to the Head of Legal Services to enter into and
execute any documents necessary to revoke the Air Quality
Management Areas (AQMAs).
