Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

·      
Reaffirm the Councils commitment to the delivery of the flood
scheme for the left bank of the River Tone, noting the intention
for the scheme to be fully externally funded.

Delegate to Service Director for Economic Development, Skills and
Climate, in consultation with Lead Member for Public Health,
Climate Change and Environment the signing of the Collaborative
Agreement for the construction phase of TTC5 in consultation with
Head of Legal.

·      
Delegate to Service Director for Economic Development, Skills and
Climate, in consultation with Lead Member for Public Health,
Climate Change and Environment and the S151 Officer the signing of
the Flood Defence Grant in Aid (FDGiA)
application to Defra.
