Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

a.   
approve the adoption of the Section 19 policy, as in Appendix
1.

b.   
note that the Service Director Education would conduct a formal
review of the impact of this policy in 3 to 6 months for
consideration by Executive and the Scrutiny Committee for Corporate
and Resources.
