RESOLVED that the HR Committee:

1.   
Endorsed the updated Alcohol and Substance Misuse
Policy 

2.   
Endorsed the updated Induction and Probation
Policy 

3.   
Endorsed the principle of the Social Media Policy, delegated
responsibility to the Chair and Service Director of HR & OD for
ensuring the amendments to the Policy requested by elected members
at the meeting were made and circulated to the HR Committee
members, and delegated authority to the Chair to approve the final
Policy.
