Scrutiny Corporate & Resources Committee
considered and commented on the recommendations for the Executive
which were as follows:
 
a) Notes the Housing Revenue Account forecast
underspend of £1.249m for 2025/26 and the impact on the HRA
General Reserve of this underspend.
b) Notes the forecast outturn position of the
Capital Programme of £69.299m for 2025/26.
