RESOLVED
That planning application 2021/2640/FUL be REFUSED
contrary to the Officer’s recommendation. Following
re-consideration of the application the Committee considered, and
notwithstanding that the site is now formally allocated for
development, that the application scheme would be detrimental to
the amenities of the neighbours to the site, including the school,
by reason of overbearing, overlooking 
and because the development would be likely to lead to an
obstruction to the existing means of access that the site provides.
For these reasons the application was considered contrary to
Policies DP1 and DP7.
Votes
–   6 for, 5 against, 2
abstentions.
