RESOLVED:
 
Recommendation 1:  That it be made explicit that the Inspiring
Innovation Assurance Board be part of the governance structure for
the Pay and Grading Review.  Section 3.3
of Appendix 1, The Full Business Case for the Pay and Reward
Programme to be updated accordingly.
 
Recommendation 2: That members receive clear
updates on the affordability of implementing a new pay and grading
structure for the Council as early as possible in future reports
throughout the project, as more detail becomes available.
