The Chair concluded by reflecting on the scale
of upcoming workshops, noting that with 36–37 councillors
invited, they resembled large gatherings rather than intimate
workshops. He suggested reviewing attendance to preserve the
workshop format.
 
The Chair also expressed caution about
workshops producing recommended actions, stating that their role
should be limited to generating findings. He emphasised the
transparency, and the importance of not making decisions behind
closed doors was reiterated.
 
The Chair confirmed that the first two
workshops would be held on:

21 November: Meet the partner (in-person)

The future workshop plan would be developed in consultation with
the Chair and Vice Chair.
