RESOLVED
 
That planning application 2024/1441/REM
be APPROVED in accordance with the Officer’s
recommendation with an additional condition to remove Permitted
Development rights for extensions, enlargements and outbuildings to
properties 34 to 44 inclusive (including their curtilages) to
protect the root protection areas of trees and hedgerows and to
avoid undue overlooking arising from future ancillary development
on the southeastern edge of the site.
