Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Planning and Transport Policy Sub-Committee RESOLVED to:
(1)
Endorse the technical note “Health Contributions for GP
provision” in Appendix 1 as the basis for financial
contribution requests for housing proposals in Somerset
(2)
Publish the note as technical guidance for applicants
(3)
Agree that future updates to the guide are reported to the Head of
Planning and the Lead Member for Economic Development, Planning and
Assets.
