Councillor Federica Smith-Roberts proposed the
recommendations, which were seconded by Councillor Tom Power.
 
Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Council Resolved to:-

a)   
Note the Housing Revenue Account forecast underspend of
£0.286m for 2025/26 and the impact on the HRA General Reserve
of this underspend.

b)   
Note the forecast outturn position of the Capital Programme of
£74.444m for 2025/26.

c)   
Delegate approval of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Rent Setting
and Fees and Charges (including Service Charges) and any changes to
the Council’s Rent Setting Policy and the Council’s
Service Charge Policy, to the Executive from 2026/27 onwards.
