Councillor Theo Butt Philip proposed the
recommendations, which were seconded by Councillor Diogo
Rodrigues.
 
Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Council Resolved to:-

1)   
Note the results of the recent Glastonbury and Dunster by-elections
and the current position with the political proportionality of the
Council.

2)   
Welcome Councillor Ewan Cameron and Councillor Cara Strom to the
Council.

3)   
Agree the calendar of Full Council and committee meetings for the
2026/27 municipal year as set out in Appendix 1 and delegate
authority to the Head of Democratic and Governance Services to make
any in-year changes as necessary in consultation with the relevant
Chairs.

4)   
Note the revision to Part I3-Statutory and Proper Officers which
was agreed by the Chief Executive using delegated authority
(Appendix 2).

5)   
Ratify the appointment of Fiona Toms as a second co-opted member of
the Audit Committee.
