RESOLVED
That planning application 2025/0531/FUL be
APPROVED in accordance with the Officer’s
recommendation with an additional condition to be added regarding
appropriate tinting of the rooflights to prevent light pollution
and harm to the dark skies. Delegated authority to be given to
Officers, the Chair and Vice-Chair to agree the detail of the
condition.
