Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to approve a direct award for the delivery of
the Specialist Drug and Alcohol Treatment Service to the current
provider (SDAS) in compliance with the Health Care Services
(Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 for 3 years, with
effect from April 2026 and with the option to extend year on year
for 3 further years.
