That the Planning Application be GRANTED
planning permission against the officer recommendation. The
Committee resolved to delegate to the Chair and Vice-Chair, in
consultation with officers, to agree the final list of
conditions.
 
Members considered that the public benefit of
the delivery of 11 affordable homes would outweigh any potential
harm and is therefore considered to be compliant with policy S2 of
the Sedgemoor Local Plan 2011-2032 and paragraph 11 d) of that
National Planning Policy Framework December 2024.
