To grant permission subject to the additional
condition 6, as per the officers updated presentation and an added
condition 7, which imposed the addition of a permanent screening to
at least 1.8m surrounding the flat area (balcony) down to the first
landing of the stairs. The exact wording of this additional
condition to be delegated to the Chair of Planning Committee West
and Lead Planning Officers.
