To delegate to the Chief Planning Officer/Head
of Planning, in consultation with the Chair of the Planning
Committee – West, to approve the application and grant
planning permission, subject to conditions and the satisfactory
completion of a section 106 (s106) agreement. With an
additional/amended
condition requiring the drainage details for
the scheme to be submitted as part of the
reserved matters application(s); the final wording
of this condition to be delegated to the Chief
Planning Officer/Head of Planning in consultation with the Chair of
the Planning Committee – West.
