Scrutiny Children and Families Committee RESOLVED that
officers:
 

Provide
Scrutiny with regular updates to enable ongoing oversight of
partnership governance and the delivery of outstanding
actions.

Strengthen
partnership governance through clearer structures and reduced
duplication of work. The Committee would like to see a revised
governance map provided in a future update.

Provide
Scrutiny with an updated list of outstanding actions, with
priorities clearly identified focused on risk to
children.

Provide
Scrutiny with key indicators and case studies evidencing outcomes,
together with details of the information-sharing
processes.

Involve
Scrutiny Members in key partnership events and strategy
meetings.
